Seasons in Alaska

Climate in Alaska, the biggest and northernmost state, varies from maritime in coastal areas to arctic in northern regions. There are two basic climatic zones in Panama. First of them is flatland with humid typical climate and second is highland with so cold “eternal spring”. Plain regions have average daytime temperature in range between 25 and 30 °C (77-86 °F) while in highlands it is lower about 10 to 27 °C (50-81 °F).

The country has tropical trade-wind climate in pacific coasts and moderate weather conditions in highlands. Average monthly temperature in coastal areas is about 22 °C (72 °F) year-round. Shifts of daily temperatures are minor reaching 30 °C (86 °F) at November and 34 °C (93 °F) at March-April. Highlands are cooler. At night temperature there may drop to about 14-16 °C (57-61 °F).

Seasons in Venezuela

Subequatorial climate prevails in Venezuela and weather depends on seasonal winds. At summer it is usually humid, hot and calm. Winter instead dry, warm and rather comfortable. A year is divided into dry and rainy seasons. First lasts from December to April and second is between May and November inclusively. At rainy season amount of precipitation may reach 2000 mm (78.7”).

Guyana has warm and humid subequatorial climate. Coastal areas have rather stable annual range of temperature range between 26 and 28 °C (79-82 °F) however in mountainous regions weather conditions are depending on altitude. Thus in some locations of Guiana Shield temperature reaches 40 °C (104 °F) at daytime and at night drops to 6 °C (43 °F).

Seasons in Suriname

The country is located near equator. Location and strong Trade winds are forming main features of the climate of the country. In addition the country is washed by the Atlantic Ocean on its north. Coastal areas are populated while southern portion of the country is covered by savannah and rainforest. Suriname is one of countries with smallest scale of industrial deforestation.

Seasons in Bolivia

Weather conditions in Bolivia are diverse due to variety of relief and altitude zonality. In general there is tropical and subequatorial climate in plain parts of the country and continental in mountainous areas. Average temperature at summer in eastern plains may reach 34 °C (93 °F) with frequent showers. At winter there is comfortable 22 °C (72 °F).

Seasons in Paraguay

Paraguay is located in the middle of South America thus its climate is diverse. Eastern regions have wet tropical weather conditions while north-western areas are lying in the zone of dry tropical climate. Order of seasons is reversed in relation to the North Hemisphere and on top of it year is roughly divided into wet and dry seasons.
