Seasons in Israel

Most of territory of Israel lies in subtropical climatic zone. Yet there are regions with dry and moderate tropical weather conditions. Despite relatively small size of country difference in temperatures may reach 10 °C (≈18 °F). Depending on distance to the sea, humidity and altitude same temperatures is felt differently.

Seasons in Jordan

About 90% or territory of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is covered with sands so weather in the country is warm if not in fact hot. Overall weather conditions are determined by arid tropical climate with some features of Mediterranean conditions in north-west portion of the country.

Seasons in Iran

Climate of country varies greatly due to features of relief and global location. Northern portion of Iran has subtropical weather conditions while climate of south is tropical. Central regions are lying within the zone of continental and mountainous weather. Coasts of Persian and Oman Gulfs are hot and humid with winter averages between 16 and 18 °C (61-64 °F). At summer temperature there ranges from 24 to 30 °C (75-86 °F). Annual amount of precipitation is significant and varies from 600 mm (23.6”) in plains to 1000 mm (39.3”) on mountain slopes.

Seasons in Bahrain

The Kingdom of Bahrain is located on archipelago of the same name. Climate of the country is arid thus most of its territory is desert. Basically there are two seasons in Bahrain: extremely hot summer and warm wet winter. Hot season lasts from April to October and have average daytime temperature about 40 °C (104 °F). At winter temperature is in range between 10 and 20 °C (50-68 °F).

Seasons in Qatar

Qatar has tropical maritime climate with dry hot summers and mild winters. The country is located on the peninsula of same name and washed by the Persian Gulf. Time from May to September is the hottest. Daytime temperature at these months is extremely high between 45 and 50 °C (113-131 °F). Nights bring no relief for air warms up to 43 °C (109 °F) even without sun. Humidity level reaches 92% and even higher in coastal areas. Rainy season lasts from December to March. Showers are strong and fast.

Seasons in Saudi Arabia

Climate in Saudi Arabia is extremely dry. The Arabian Peninsula is one of the driest places on Earth. At summer temperature may rise to 50 °C (122 °F). Snow falls only in western mountains and even not every year.

Seasons in Oman

Most of the country lies within the zone of dry tropical climate. Muscat, the capital of the country, is considered as one of driest cities of the world. Average temperature of June is 34 °C (93 °F) and at winter it is 26 °C (79 °F). At spring heat become exhausting due to dry winds from Rub’ al Khali desert. Summer winds are often causing sand storms. Precipitation is few with annual amounts from 25 to 500 mm (1-20”) depending on location.

Seasons in Pakistan

Even tropical type of climate prevails in Pakistan it still differs a lot at the same period. Weather also is very far to be the same for the whole territory of the country: it is always cold snowy winter in highlands, there is a monsoon-tropical climate in plains but on the North, in mountainous area it’s more humid and cold.

Seasons in Nepal

The natural zones of Nepal range from subtropical jungles covering the valleys in the South of the country to the tundra zone and eternal glaciers on the peaks of the Himalayas in the North of the country.

Seasons in Bhutan

There is a hot humid sub-tropical climate in the south part of Bhutan. High temperatures there are whole year long. They can vary between 15-30 °C (60-86 °F). In the Central parts of the country it is a little bit cooler. Still it is hot enough during summer but it is much cooler during winters. Level of precipitations is not as high here in winter as at the south part of Bhutan. In northern areas of the country it is cold during the winter. And the higher it is the colder it is in the mountains whole year round.

Seasons in Bangladesh

The climate in the Republic of Bangladesh inherent tropical with warm and and sunny winter season which lasts from November until February. It's characterized by a short spring - from March to May, and a long season of rains which goes from June to October. About 80% of all these rains are falling from May to mid-October. As a result, rain over the entire Ganga and Brahmaputra valley leads to submergence of wide areas.

Seasons in Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka is the island state. It is located almost on the equator and have tropical monsoon climate. It’s called “land of eternal summer” for reason. Minor shifts of temperature through the year and high humidity create great weather conditions for vacations of all sorts.

Seasons in the Maldives

Maldives are located near to equator so climate here have tropical monsoon type. Therefore there are no seasons in their usual sense. Just two shifts of amount of precipitation and direction of winds. From May to October prevails south-west monsoon which brings windy and rainy weather. Rest of the year is time of north-east monsoon with dry and sunny days.

Seasons in Macau

Macau is located on border of tropical and subtropical climatic zones. However due to its small territory climate is considered as maritime subtropical with cool winter and warm rainy summer. Winter average is 12 °C (54 °F) yet actual daytime temperature is higher. It is about 15 °C (59 °F). Cold winds common in eastern part of China rarely reach Macau thus seasonal shifts of temperature are smooth.

Seasons in Taiwan

Taiwan is the island near coasts of China that lies on border of two climatic zones. Northern part of island has subtropical climate with wet summer and dry cool winter. Southern part of Taiwan has pronounced monsoon tropical climate with minor changes of temperature through whole year. Instead there are dry and rainy seasons.

Seasons in Myanmar

High northern mountains of Myanmar protect rest of territory of the country from cold air masses from Central Asia. Thus subtropical and tropical monsoon climate prevails in Myanmar except small southernmost portion with subequatorial weather conditions. Savannahs in central part of the country are prone to sandstorm at dry period of a year.

Seasons in Laos

North regions of Laos have tropical climate while weather of southern part of the country is subequatorial. Significant extension of the country from north to east and mostly mountainous relief are creating substantial difference between weather of regions.

Seasons in Vietnam

Territory of Vietnam is stretched and has great variety of relief. These features formed climatic diversity within borders of the country. Southern part of Vietnam lies in the zone of tropical monsoon climate where seasons are differs only by amount of precipitation and directions of winds. There two seasons. One is relatively dry (November-April) and the other one is rainy (May-October). No significant temperature changes are observed through whole year.

Seasons in Cambodia

Typical division of a year into seasons isn’t quite appropriate to Cambodian weather. Basically there are two seasons dry and rainy. This is the feature of tropical monsoon climate type. Rainy season lasts from July to September and amount of precipitation during this period is extreme. Hard impetuous showers with almost daily frequency cause floods on Tonle Sap the main lake of country.

Seasons in Singapore

Hello! Today we gonna tell you about climate in Singapore. This country is situated in 136 km north from the equator, and therefore, it is hot and stuffy all year long. This is not surprising, because the climate of the country refers to the monsoon tropical type. The temperature constantly keeps at a level of + 30-32 °C (86-90 °F), only on the hills it could "cool down" to +22 °C (72 °F). And also, here it’s damn hot often! And still here it is always very humid - rarely when the moisture level is less than 75%.
