Spring in Liechtenstein

Summer in Liechtenstein
In the valleys of Liechtenstein temperature are high all summer long. Daytime hot weather often interrupted at afternoons by thunderstorms and heavy rains. Strong southern winds, which also called the Föhn, are typical for the summer in this country especially at the end of the season.

Winter in Liechtenstein
Winter comes to Liechtenstein in the beginning of December and lasts for three months. Cloudy and dull winter days are common for the winter time in this country. Snow falls often during the whole period of winter and it rains rare in the beginning of the season. Weather in Liechtenstein can be totally different in various areas – while it is sunny in mountains skies overcast with heavy clouds.
