Seasons in Oklahoma
Oklahoma has a humid subtropical climate, in some areas it is arid. All seasons are well expressed. Summers are hot with heavy rains. Winters are moderately cold and cold.

Spring in Oklahoma

Summer in Oklahoma
Summer in Oklahoma is hot and dry. In swampy areas, heat is especially difficult to tolerate due to high humidity. Maximum temperatures reach 92-100 °F (+33°C +37 °C). At night, temperatures drop to 70°F (+21 °C). Thunderstorms are especially frequent in June. Tornadoes occur regularly in the summer.
Water parks, swimming pools, as well as natural reservoirs, lakes and rivers of Oklahoma offer to cool off in the heat. A series of cultural, musical and historical festivals continues. Temperatures are lower in the mountains, so many people flock to state and national parks. The most beautiful lakes in the state are considered to be Draper, Overholser and Hefner lakes.

Autumn in Oklahoma
